Michael Salerno, Lawyer
Michael Salerno joined the firm as an associate in January 2012.
Michael devotes his practice to representing his clients who are injured as a result of a motor vehicle collision and occupier’s liability negligence. His personal favorite type of litigation centers around advancing claims on behalf of his clients who have been wrongfully denied by their disability insurer with respect to short term and long term disability benefits.
Michael is a sympathetic and compassionate man who is able to relate to his clients’ struggles. From the outset of the relationship with his clients, Michael takes great pride in establishing a professional and honest rapport with his clients. He explains the entire process that may arise as a result of initiating a claim against a negligent third party in order to ensure that his clients are educated and knowledgeable. Michael does his absolute best to provide a prompt response to all of his clients’ communication as a means of showing them that he appreciates their business and really does care.
Michael is a firm believer that there is nothing more important than family. As such, he spends much of his free time with his loved ones.
Physical and mental health is of utmost importance to Michael. As a result, he is an avid gym goer who maintains a regimented fitness schedule. He is always ready and willing to help family and friends with their fitness goals by offering his insight and assistance in an effort to bring them success in achieving their fitness goals.
Michael is a proud member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization.
